General information about Russian Train Tickets Booking Service
The Closed Stock Company "ZAO TRANSINFOSET" is a partner of Moscow Railroad since 1996. We perform tickets reservation
service for Russian trains and Internet-access to the system of electronic booking and sale of tickets "Express".
Here you can make a reservation on long-distance trains within Russia, the CIS countries (except Turkmenistan, Republic of Georgia, Republic of
Armenia) and the Baltic statess (Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Estonia). Reservation can be done from 45 days prior to train
departure.
To make a reservation you have to define the features of your voyage such as: the route of your voyage
(departure and destination stations), the departure date, preferable time of departure (or to state the number of desirable train), number of
places, the type of sleeping-car (2-persons or 4-persons cabin). You can use free, but not on-line information service
"Have a nice trip" to plan your voyage. If you need to know on-line information
such as operative changes of the schedule,
ticket prices and places available you can use Internet-access to Russian Railroad booking-information system
"Express".
Aftrer planning your trip you have to complete booking application form or send your order by
e-mail. We will contact you by e-mail as soon as we receive your application form and provide you
with information about places available and ticket prices. Finally, we will indicate the sum of money, which you should pay
credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard or Diners Club) or transfer to our bank account. If you would like to pay by credit card, you will receives the authorization form, which
you need to complete and send us by fax. After we receive your bank transfer or proceede credit card authorization we will book and print ordered tickets.
You receive the confirmation notice by email. Since that the ordered tickets can be taken in the
service-centre of "ZAO Transinfoset" (Mon-Fri 8-20, Sat-Sun 10-18), which is located in the centre of Moscow.
The delivery to the hotel or any other place not far from any metro station is also possible.
It may happen that all seats on preffered train become sold out while money were transferring to Society account. In this case
we will either look for other alternatives or put your order to the waiting list. If we are unable to reserve you
tickets on desired train and no alternative is found (what had never happened before), you will get a full refund. Such problem can not happen since you pay by credit card.
If the customer cancels the reservation in 72 hours before the train departure, he gets 90% of ticket price as a refund. 10% of ticket
price and a EUR 25 service fee will be kept by our reservation service.
